You'll find a good link here for absolute parts: https://dodgeforum.com/forum/1825078-post2.html

There is a size difference across the years.

2000-01 LCA bolt is actually 16mm. 5/8" is very close and just easier to use.

well.... i figured it out. the cam bolts on my 96 axle are 14mm. the LCA to frame bolts are also 14mm.

this puts me in a tough spot. 2001 lca bolts are 16mm, do i order 00-02 2500/3500 control arms, and drill out the bolt holes on the axle, or order 94-97 2500/3500 control arms, and use the smaller bolts.

the only issue that would cause is the frome bolt holes would be 2mm larger than the bolt. would i run into issues?

HELP ME!!

your eaisest option would be to get a demmel and open the slots up on the axle to accept the larger bolt, dont put a bolt in a thats too small for the for the hole/bushing on the control arms, thats asking for problems

yeah i know, bolts could shear off. would be not so good.

im waiting to hear back from top gun customz. gonna see if they will put together some control arms for me utilizing both the 14mm bushing on one end, and the 16mm bushing on the other.

it will be a frankenstein setup, but will work!

Why not do an adjustable control arm to where you wont need the cam bolts?
