Default Wild Vents

My 2001 Dodge Ram has obviously got a vacuum leak because when I'm laying on the gas (ex. When going uphill) the air will automatically transition from the main vents to the defroster. My cruise control doesn't work either. Is this an easy fix?

Thanks,

The fix is usually pretty easy. Its the finding of the vacuum leak that can be a b1tch. Start checking all the vacuum lines under the hood. Also check the check valves. The valves should only flow one way, not both.

Use the search function for "wild vents". Plenty of info there.

The cruise not working would be a big hint where to start looking.... under the battery.

I second that, acid ate away the vacuum hose on my first Dodge.
