what it is is a stock 6x9 that i dont even want to begin trying to figure out and explain everything on it. i would just go buy new 6x9s for your doors. it will improve sound qulity also

Staticky intermitent speaker is likely due to a corroding/loose connection. Often times a low cost installation uses fast ons (little tabs with a receptacle that slides over the tab). Pulling those things , douching them with contact cleaner then squish the female part pliers to re spring them so they grip the tab better can often times solve the issue permanently. If that doesn't work there is always solder.

they only offered the infinity sound system 99+and you do not need to run the amps or lil black boxes on aftermarket speakers

Can't you just pull the old one apart and fix it?
