Well FINALLY I have had the time and the parts to look into the tranny. Dropped the pan, fluid was more red than brown, didnt smell burnt at all. Magnet was covered in a "sludge" but I didnt see any metal flakes, parts at all. I replaced the Solenoid and the Pressure sensor, put 4 quarts in and took it for a drive to warm it up. Checked the fluid level, in neutral added about another 1/2 quart filled it up to just under full. Same problem still exists. I didnt mess with the bands as I didnt have a inch lbs torque wrench... Any other suggestions besides a complete tranny rebuild?
Thanks guys as always!

Damn I am an idiot, I forgot to adjust the TV Cable after I was done. Turns out after a few adjustments to it the truck is shifting great now. Might need a few more tweaks to the cable for kick down etc, but the flare is gone for sure. I probably didnt need to replace the solenoid and pressure sensor, but looking at the fluid it was time for a change anyhow. Thanks guys.
