Default Programing a key fob

I just bought a key fob for my truck off eBay because the previous owner lost it, does anybody know how to program it? The dealer wants $130 and I'm sure theres some way out there. Thanks

I think the dealer needs to do the first one, after that, you can do any others. (gotta have one working to program the next.)

there's a video on YouTube showing how to program a Chevy keyfob with one already programmed, might work with Dodge.
