Default Just reassembled p0505 code

Just put new heads on my truck now first fire up its throwing this code I had a hard time remembering where the grounds went when I put it back together so I'm not sure if that'd cause it. It's idling high also. Could it be a vacuum leak? It wasn't throwing this code before and yes I searched before posting couldn't find **** on where the grounds went or on this problem thank you

The iac is on the black of the throttle body. Is it plugged in? Was it removed from the tb? Wires pinched? Etc.

I had the same code after doing my heater core.
Somehow I managed to unplug the IAC motor when I was reinstalling the hoses.
Mine would idle low though, it was starving for air.
