Default Clunk in front end

1996 1500 5.9 4x4 clunk in front end when I turn all the way left or right and the sound comes front the right wheel area when turning right and left when turning left. U joints didn't fix it. I am at a loss any ideas?

check for play in the ball joints and hub bearings (pushing in and out on the tire/ up and down for ball joints with tire off ground) If nothing seems out of the ordinary, jack the whole front end up off the ground and have someone turn the wheel while you lay under the truck and try to locate the noise. Sometimes it helps to put your hands up on the front end parts and try to trace the clunk by feel

Ball joints were jut recently done. What it seems like is that the wheel is turning so far that the two parts the u joint hold together are rubbing but idk how that would happen.
