Ok so in sept bought 2001 dodge ram 1500, had the Trans rebuilt. Ran good until 3 weeks ago. The overdrive off light comes on then Trans temp light comes on. Took it back since under warranty the first checked lines, then got it back drove it on hwy 20 mins something happened. Took it back they changed valve body. Drove it again for hwy 20 mins then same thing. 3rd time in shop they rebuilt Trans again. Just drove it, of course it still isn't fixed! What can be causing the overdrive off light to keep coming on?

Check valve in the cooling line.....Probably clogged with crud from when the tranny originally shelled out. Need to have them delete the check valve and clean the trans coolant section of radiator.

And flush the trans cooler if it has one.
