New plugs are in and ran it without the front O2 sensor to rule out the cat. Only change was a P0171, but I'm assuming that's because of the O2 sensor.

thoughts?

That's one thing I haven't been able to check yet. I'm one of the lucky ones without a schrader valve on the fuel rail, so I'm not really sure how to do it.

I would think that one could install a shcrader valve in the fuel line....or would like to think that.

I think it's plastic rails on the year(s) that don't have the schrader valve.

Well I didn't have any luck finding a fuel pressure kit that came with it's own T & valve (that would work with the metal line) but I did pop the fuel line out without bleeding it first, and there was definitely quite a bit of pressure in there! I've got no clue of exactly how much though...

On a brighter note, I took Timothy's idea and checked the throttle body as well. It had only been 8-10,000 miles or so since I cleaned it so it wasn't too bad. I did go ahead and pop it off and gave it a quick cleaning and the truck definitely runs a lot better than it was. Better throttle response, better power up hills, I even think it sounded better.

I'm not totally convinced that the truck is back to normal though. I don't know if it's just me or not but it still feels like it's missing a little power somewhere. It's on the market now though... so hopefully someone will take a chance on it!
