Default PSI gauge question

I am thinking about installing a gauge cluster on the pillar of my pickup. I was trying to find a good fit of gauges that match the stock gauges and have the features I want. I would really like a trans temp gauge, an outside temp gauge, and a air pressure gauge for air springs for the rear. I found the first two in a design I like but they dont have an air pressure gauge. They do have an oil pressure gauge that just says lbs/ sq inch and goes from 0-150 psi. Would this work??? My guess is that PSI is PSI you only need the correct sender. Does anyone know for sure if this would work before I order the gauge??

sounds like you need a overhead console.

In the piping world, pressure is pressure, a gauge will read it regardless of its state (liquid or gas) so I'd have to say yes, it'll work fine.

I actually found an aftermarket outside temp gauge that I really like. That works out well too since I wanted a triple gauge pod on my pillar and couldn't figure out what to put in the third pod.

That's what I was thinking too, just wanted someone to confirm it also. That way if it doesn't work I can tell my wife someone else though so too. lol

maybe you could install a vacuum gauge. if you were to install an overhead console you would also get a compass.

I thought these trucks came with an outside temp gauge on the overhead console. The display that tells fuel economy, engine hours, fuel miles remaining, temp and a compass.

I'm surprised mine doesn't also, it is a SLT Lariat, Infinity sound package, PW, PL, but it only has the overhead counsel with the garage door opener, lights, and sunglasses holder.
