I am having the same issue as well I believe, if someone could help me out as well? I have replaced the governor sensor, solenoid, and one oxygen sensor for my transmission, however ( I did not replace the second oxygen sensor as of yet since the parts stores here in town couldn't pull it up in their computer systems) and I am still having the same issue as before. When I replaced those sensors, the first time I accelerated it would shift perfectly, but once I slowed down and tried again, it would not shift out of 1st and into 2nd gear. I have changed the tranny fluid and filter, and there were no metal chunks/debris in the fluid. Is it possible it could be the speed sensor on the tail end of the transmission?

P.S. My truck is a 2001 Ram 1500, 5.8L
