Hi guys, me and my buddy just rebuilt is rear diff and now it's time for mine. I was shopping on rockauto for a kit and I was wondering what is the go to brand for bearing. I am familliar with SKF and heared about Timken but I have no idea if National is good or not.

Any recommendation?

National is super-good bearings and seals. they are owned by Federal-Mogul.

Thanks for the info, how about USA Standard gear? Do they make bearings or are selling another brand name in a kit?

 

i think usa standard just makes gears. likely someone else's bearings.

if affordable, the timken or national master bearing kit would be the best.

 

Im on a budget for this one, I will look around here to see what I can find and save on shipping.

 

start with rockauto, then compare prices to amazon and ebay for bottom dollar.
also check alljeep.com and http://www.performanceoffroadcenter.com/
they're pretty good on pricing.

I got mine from ebay cheap back when I regeared mine.
