well it looks like it was the IAC valve...also cleaned the oxygen sensor(upstream)and found out that the CAT was changed out in Nov of last year, that's what the guy that sold me the truck but also forund out that the idiot that installed the CAT also burned the air lines to switch the front diff into 4x4,but on a good note I took it out on the interstate and it ran about 85mphs with no problems
