should also change the o2 sensor after the plenum has been fixed. if you order a new o2 sensor make sure you get a ntk brand one. these trucks seem to like them the best. if they are a bit too expensive locally you could price them out on rockauto. they are about $30 and you can get the felpro intake manifold gasket kit to go with the ebay plenum pan for $15.

I got the ebay plate.
Came with plenum bolts, shop sourced the intake bolts and gasket set locally.

ok. is there anything else so far? Will I need anything for the throttle body? Am I missing anything else?

So far I have:

O2 Sensor from NTK
Fel-pro gasket
Plenum plate and bolts.
Intake bolts (part number or specs?)

My shop used felpro bolts, idk what the PN is, but they are Intake Manifold bolts.
You shouldn't need a gasket for the throttle body as the shop shouldn't take it off, no need to.

I would look for a intake manifold gasket set, it will have the intake-to-head gaskets and everything else.
I would also make sure the mechanic has done them before, mine has done them so many times that he has it down PAT!

You could pick up a throttle body gasket for $2.
Might want to grab a coolant bypass hose for the water pump.
Its the little elbow hose at the bottom right of the picture on this page: http://www.hughesengines.com/Index/p...p?partid=27091

^Yeah, that.

Also, your upper radiator hose might be rotten, mine was, so it was replaced too.

Yup my gaskets from the hughes kit leaked coolant and oil a few days after install. Got a Fel-pro kit and now no coolant leaks, just more oil in the plenum..but that's because of a different reason.
