Default Intermittent abs and 4wd light

I have a 2000 ram 1500 Sport 4x4 Ans my ABS a 4wd lights then on and off the whole time I'm driving. It still goes into 4wd and everything and ABS seems to be working but my cruise controlled stopped working yesterday. I was looking yesterday and saw that there is a little hose that leads into the top of a cylinder thing right under my battery mount has dryrotted and almost fallen apart in one spot. Its definitely not doing what its supposed to do so could that be causing my lights to come on? I heard that was for cruise controlled and if that happens it could throw those lights.

welcome to df.

under the battery is the cruise control servo. vacuum line from passenger side of engine to it must be intact. replace the vac line.

4wd indicator light is controlled by 2 wire electrical switch from CAD on passenger side of the front axle. try unplugging and cleaning the connector, and/or fix any wiring damage. when those 2 wires close, the light comes on. replace switch if necessary.

ABS light comes on from missing signal from front hubs (4 wheel abs only) or more commonly the top of the rear dif (all models), or maybe speed sensor on transmission output shaft.
