Default Maybe it's a fuel issue.

Mine is a '95 and the stock injectors were 24.5lbs. Your engine is not that far from mine and I am going to say you should be at a 27 to 30 lb injector. It's why I mentioned the 30lbers that I am using with no issues on a B&G tune.
Lordco brought in the 30lb Accels for $380. I too was running lean.

I ran 30's on my EFI 408, some get by with 27s.

Depends on what is flowing the air, a stock TB doesn't want bigger injectors, but the 408 does. And yeah, TBs only flow air hence a spacer not working but you know that.

Until the OP can at least try out a 55x52 TB he's pissin in the wind.

I was recommended 24lb injectors by Sean at hemifever.

No change?

I reread your 1st post, AF is jumping around? Is your battery getting a good charge with the underdives? I took mine off due to charging issues.

If it all checks out, and you've checked all the sensors, I'd start looking at the cam install. Did you buy the motor used or have it built?

Battery voltage seem fine..The underdrive pulleys seem to have no effect on voltage I have the power and amperage series on there. I had the motor built. I'm no expert on sensors but I saw nothing I thought was our of the ordinary when I looked at them.

Unless they are smashed, looking at them does not assure functionality. Have to check them electrically.

Just my 2 centz unplug the front 02 and let the truck run in open loop and see what you get. I have four NTK 02 sensors out in the barn hanging on the wall there JUNK. I have been using Bosch for 02 for the last 9 months and they work better than the NTK junk.

Been avoiding going under the truck not to many dry patches in town to work with...and I'm looking at the sensor data not the sensors themself. The front 02 seems to cycle between lean centre and rich at idle. It is a Bosch sensor I have in there and i put it in just weeks before I busted the crankshaft. I'll try unplugging it as soon as I'm able to get it back in the shop.

It's strange every now and then you'll stomp on it and it will spin the tires doing 60kmph and take off like its suppose to. But it's pretty rare normally it will gradually accelerate and get beat by toyota Prius's.
