speedometer problems

hey there, i have a 1999 dodge ram 1500 5.9L laramie. my speedometer is not working. I've narrowed it down to the wires connecting to the rear diff. but Im having trouble tracing the wire. Does anyone know where it leads to or does anyone have a wire diagram? Any help will be greatly appreciated,
