Default another 20in 3rd&4th gen question

I know this has been coverd but when I search it I get way too many results with too so much other ?s.So here it is on 3rd&4th gen stock 20s what's the biggest&widiest tire you can run?I've running 35s on 15s for a little less than a year there still like brand new so I'm thinking about upgrading tires&doing the gear swap&selling them off ro recoop some of what I spend.I like the big wheel look here lately.

I bought some 20" wheels, and have been reading that 275/65-20 are the biggest without rubbing on a stock 4x4 ride height.

I forgot that I'm not supposed to measure the lip. That makes them actually 20"x9" wheels, with a backspacing of 5.75".
