Yes hub assemblies and joints are good. That link was good info I believe the cad is working fine as 4wd works perfect and front end doesn't bind when turning in 2wd on dry pavement

Have you checked the ujoints in the rear driveshaft? Sorry if you have already mentioned that.

The bushings on each side of the cad were all chewed up

You mean the one on the end of the outer axle shaft where it meets the intermediate shaft?
