Yes, it is easy to replace, and I hear that the stock one is crap anyway. I don't know about the cost, I am just now looking into it.

awesome then its a done deal.... although im thinkin of doing the 2500 truck coils instead of the spacers... who knows we will see

I have the 2500 coils on mine and it lifted the front about 2 1/2". there is a page on this http://dodgeram.info/ website that has the coil specs and how much lift each different coil gives...

you don't have to worry about the pitman arm or the tracbar but the tracbars suck anyway...

CiscoKid... get your truck re-aligned and have them put in the maximum amount of caster they can. this will fix your front end problem known as the Death Wobble...

I have a 97 1500 ext. cab with 2500 coils and 2" leveling kit, airbags out back, but all other front end parts are stock with the exception of rancho shocks.

turns out that my tac bard is shot anyway... front end popping whe i drive in revers so im either going with a lukes lunk to rebuild the stocker or shell out a few hunnys for a thuren for 0 to 3" lift tac bara fully adjustable... who knows.. i can live with it for now i guess
