Get 33s.. The 35s will look stuffed in there and will hurt your trans eventually. Not to mention low gas mileage and a slow truck. Stock rims are 16x7, no truck came with 16x8.

Im curious to see how this plays out. Getting new tires for my truck next weekend and debating 33 nittos or 35 falkens. Exactly how different is the sport from the offroad edition, height wise? I was going to try 315 70r17 falken ATS's to see if they would rub. A Friend of mine had them on his, and he said that they didn't rub. Stock height for an offroad to, no level or anything.

Do you guys think these would be a good tire or would they tear up the trans in the long run?

http://www.discounttiredirect.com/di...yp=Truck%2FSUV

Since I live in arizona, its between those, or nitto terragrapplers, in a 285 70r17

What do you guys think would be better? Would the 35s rub?

Also does anyone have any pictures of dick cepek torque's in gun metal on their truck>? Looking into getting those, and would love to see what other peoples trucks look like.

Significant increase in tire size increases load on engine and tranny. Unless you have other than 3.55 gears, 33's and 35's will likely trash the tranny.

The size it came with.

265/70/17 would look good provided you still have the 17" wheels...

@ Stewie, I do, but I am upgrading to Dick Cepek torques. And I have those right now, they look just a little bit small for the truck.

i ran 35's for 2 weeks. why only 2 weeks you ask? destroyed my transmission... IN TWO WEEKS! its not worth the price tag if youre running stock gears like i was.
