its on a 1999 dodge ram 1500 5.9 gasser

The one in the hand is the throttle. The one attached to the linkage is the detent cable (tv cable).

dealer or maybe a transmission parts place. its not a routine part you'll find at the local parts store

junkyard would be best. the good news is that its probably the same for all trucks (2wd, 4wd, short bed, long bed, etc). and it shouldn't cost more than $5
