i wouldn't spend any money on a hypertech without a money back guarantee that it will work. i bought a hypertech tuner for my 01 a long time ago that claimed to adjust the speedo. it didn't work and hypertech couldn't explain why it didn't work other than blame it on the trucks ABS module. they couldn't/wouldn't look at their engineering records to say which ABS it would or wouldn't work with.

i thought that was a boatload of crap and have said so ever since.

I don't know about the tuner itself, although I had no prob with mine on my 98. But, I was talking about this stand alone speedo calibrator(and yes, I'd call and get some kind of guarantee) http://www.hypertech-inc.com/product...alibrator.aspx
