I got the same problem, it sounds almost like a grinding sound and if i had to guess then id say it was coming from the fan pully or the one on the very bottom. My belt was squeaking so in order to postpone spending 40bucks(Napa) on a new belt i just took it off, cleaned it up and used some conditioner(yes, the spray stuff!lol) But when i had it off i spun all the pullys and they all seemed fine, a few spun a little more then the rest but still spun, no wobbles or nothing like that.

I seen someone said to make sure the tension pully goes all the way both ways, well how far is it supposed to go? And i was wondering how tight i should make the belt, i dont wanna over tightin it and someone told me that the tension pully should snap back to the original position when i let up on the wench, just wondering cause i had to tighin my back when i put the belt back on.

If your tensioner didn't automagically snap back to tension the belt, it's time for a new one. That may be your noise right there. There is a spring in there that is supposed to keep the belt tight.....
