Borg-Warner.^^^^ I put one in last year and so far it works great. It wasn't the cheapest one they had.

I'll use BWD in a pinch on Sunday, but I'll use Standard Motor Products or Mopar only otherwise. Right now I have a BWD coil installed , and I'm shaking in my (boot) every time I drive it.

On another note. My lights randomly come on, then I shut her off and they don't come on after firing up again. I noticed when my lights (BRAKE & ABS) my speedometer would work as it should. So my question would be, what would cause those lights to come on now? Thanks for reading.

My understanding is the speed sensor is for ABS and the speedometer sensor is in the transmission. At least that's how my 99 is setup.

Not true, it's the sensor on top of the diff.(ABS and Speedo on a 99) But, there is also a sensor on the tail shaft of TC or on the tail shaft of tranny if 2wd on some. They did away with 2 sensors in 98, but I have seen some 98's and 99's with both. Either way, the one on the rear diff still also controls speedo.

Is my manual trans different? When the diff sensor died on me, the speedo still worked.

That's because when that sensor goes bad, it does not alway's effect the speedo. I've seen this more than once or twice. Can't tell you why. Yes, maybe the manual is different, I'm just going by what I know about automatics.
