Default 01 stalling after rev

my truck has been sitting for over a year and i now have to get it back on the road. ive had a few issues with it wanting to stay running which i have fixed with a new a new iac valve but the truck still seems to be running extreamly rich. the truck starts and idles with no problem and will drive with out issue but sometimes if i give it a quick rev it will stall out. what could cause that? im thinking of doing a full tune up even though the parts arnt that old. i did a full tune up about 40k ago. any thoughts

40k is 10k too long for tuneup parts. Start with that.

ill definitely have to do the tune up asap but i think i have fixed the problem for now. could it have been caused by corroded o2 sensor wires. i pulled the sensors out becasue they were crazy dirty. i cleaned them all up and it seems to run a lot better now and is way more responsive
