Default Relieve fuel pressure

Does anybody know of a good method to remove the fuel pressure in fuel lines when I remove the line from the fuel rails? I read about pulling the fuel pressure relay, let the truck run till it dies and then there's no more pressure. I'm doing my plenum that's the origin of the question.

If i am rembering right and putting 2 and 2 together. on the drivers side there is a pressure release noosle that you can hook up to a fuel pressure tester... u can push a screw driver down there and it should relieve the pressure. just beware on the spray of fuel.

I think i am correct but not sure...

You could pull the relay or fuse for the fuel pump, then as dogbosser14 said use the schrader valve to purge the line

Edit:

Don't forget the fuel line disconnect tool when you start tearing her apart

Am I doing something wrong? I pulled the fuel pump relay out of the PDC, cranked over my truck, and pushed in the schrader valve but no fuel sprayed out
