still trying to sell my truck but i still have a ticking sound,could a 1.7 r.r come loose and cause this noise ? it dont sounds like its coming from there but just a question ?

 

I'm guessing you need to remove the VC and check?

 

The truck knows you're trying to sell it so now it's going to fight you tooth and nail haha....seriously tho, where does it sound like it's coming from? possibility of an exhaust leak? have you ever tried any lucas synthetic oil stabilizer? that's real good stuff and will help quiet down some engines
