Cool Exhaust to close to wheel?

Hello everybody. I have a question about my 2nd Gen Dodge Ram 1500. I was recently getting ready to order a new set of mudflap cause my tires love to throw rocks. Im also about to get my lift in the mail,so mudflaps are pretty much required for me now. One thing I noticed under my truck is that it looks as if the exhaust system has shifted forward a little bit? Another thing is how close the exhaust tip is to my wheel. Honestly ive never looked to see how far the exhuast was before but it looks as if its getting closer. My question is,in these pics below does this look normal for the 2nd gen exhaust setup?

Look how close it is to the wheels? Do all 2nd Gen have the exhaust this close to the wheel?

I was thinking maybe the exhaust hangers shifted? Is this how they normally look?

And also? One last question? That hole isn't suppose to be there right or is it a valve or something? Everytime I start the truck water comes out of it.

Thanks for the help. Sorry I don't mean to be to picture happy just want to see if all dodge exhaust hangers come like this? Thank you again.

Muffler should have zero holes in it, time for a new one. The rubber hangers should be hanging straight down something is possibly moving on you.

Thank you. I was wondering if the hangers were suppose to be straight down or sideways. Sometime this week ill slide under my truck take every single rubber hanger off and redo the whole thing see what could possibly be moving the whole exhaust forward? If I cant find it ship it to the dealer for fixing.haha Thanks for your help.

Exhaust was most likely used as a plow during an offroad adventure.

Good point. More like the "she" saying "it" is too short.

OH SNAP!

You're right.

Thrush Turbo 17715, $25, cheap, flows good, sounds good.

DO IT.
