Odd tire wear issue

they have 275/60/R20's on them but two need replacing bad so i am just going to do all four.. not sure that 285's will fit the 275s are close close but i'm going to drive it to the mechanic with the 16's and belts showing and change the tires in her yard and have her align it.
I just don't know how heavy duty a tire you can run on the 20's.
