Default 2001 Ram 1500 Door Panel

Hey guys, as you can tell I am quite new here, and I already have a question. I recently bought a 2001 Ram 1500 offroad edition(Will post pics later) and one of the door speakers is blown. I am planning on replacing the door speakers, the head unit, and putting a subwoofer in. (This is a regular cab by the way) I drove my mother around for a bit, and she angrily slammed the door. In doing so, she popped the old door panel clips and the door panel went over the weather seal, just my luck. After her popping a few more trying to get out, my dad and I fixed it, realizing that the panel clips are now useless. I researched this earlier because I plan on replacing the speakers, and was wondering if anyone could expand on/ give extra tips on how to do this.
Thanks!

Too late now, but there is a tool you can buy (shaped like a U to remove the door panel) Sorry to say , you need a new door panel, as once the molded clip holders/mounts break, the panel is not repairable..

Welcome to DF btw.

And once the panels are off, the speaker's can be replaced by removing 4 screws.

Not to question your knowledge, but this looks fairly repairable... It looks like some of the plastic screws that go through were worn out and popped out, but can't you replace those? I saw them for sale somewhere...

Just the panel studs....any local parts store. So the door panel did not break?

There aren't any visible cracks in the door panel itself luckily enough, just a few of these popped out/had the threads break http://www.ebay.com/bhp/dodge-ram-door-panel-clips

Those are between $3 and $5 at Autozone, Oreiley's, Advance or ay parts store. Box of 10 I think.

So, just to confirm, I don't need a new door panel?

We can't see it. If panel is broken, then yes. If not, then no.
