Default Adjusting 9.25 ring gear ?

How exactly do i adjust the threaded adjusters in the axle tubes ? Do i thread them with the carrier out and then put it in and check it or do you do it with the carrier in the housing ?

Gonna keep this short, Carrier must be in the diff and they are adjusted using a tool through the axle tubes. The FSM has this in it DL it from the DIY area.

I don't know myself, but if you look in the FAQ/DIY section, you can download a service manual for whatever year your truck is. And please add all the info about your truck to your sig and profile. Thanks.

And for future reference, please read this. https://dodgeforum.com/forum/2nd-gen...new-topic.html

Default center pin ?

The center pin will not come out ? The little bolt that holds it was broke off in it but i cant get the piece out ! I can get it to move about a 1/2 in either way but thats it ! I think it is binding on the spider gear but i could be wrong ? Any ideas because i have spent hrs beating on it with a 40oz hammer and a big air hammer ?
