ok so i finally got it fixed guys, here is the timeline....

Checked Fuel Pressure it was good.
crank sensor replaced-still pop
coolant temp sensor- still pop
New o2 sensor- still pop
Found a fouled plug, replaced-still pop slightly
Seafoamed- still pop slightly
Put Premium Gas in it-still pop slightly

Finally today i replaced the ignition coil, pulled the plugs checked/gapped them to spec, and replaced the TPS and bam fixed! And let me tell you now that everything is new all the way around it runs way better than it has since i got it. cant wait to take it campin. Thanks for the ideas guys, but im guessing the TPS is what fixed it.

NICE!

I think front bumpers were optional that year.

it looks a lot better with the lift and bumper removed. the valve covers are also looking pretty good.

took the bumper off, i think it looks better and for gettin up some ledges its nice to have out the way. power wise, honestly i think its bout the same as my ram had if not a hair more grunt. i dunno why. yea the valve cover color im also gonna do the diff covers that color, and the bolts black also, and spray the axles black again. should look good.
