ware on the inside of the tire could be ball joint very unlikely probably a toe issue have it aligned if there is any bad front end parts then they will tell you because front end needs to be tight

the vibes are probably scalloping on the tires from misalignment

Default Vibration

Seems to be more from the steering/ front end. At higher speeds the whole thing rattles though.

Not sure, but did you not say the tire with the wear is on the front? Did you rotate and check again?

Took truck to shop. Ball joints are bad causing bad tire wear and u joints causing vibration. Had them do the ball joints and I'll do the u joints in a week or two and see if that helps the vibration
