truck will start but quickly dies without giving gas

Yes I probably should have used a better title than that, I was just in need of help fast, other than this my truck has been solid ever since I bought it

NO BUS indicates no communication between the PCM and other modules such as the cluster and key sensors.

it can be caused by unconnected ground wires, broken wires, unplugged sensors, bad sensors, loose or tarnished plugs to the cluster or PCM.

a common problem is the big white plug in the power dist. box beside the battery. the white one with the bolt in the middle. disconnect battery when messing with this. unbolt and connect/disconnect it several times and then rebolt it. the bolt will act like its stripped at the bottom. that's normal to prevent overtightening.

That would be nice, to change the name so others with this issue, could u change it to " truck will start but quickly dies without giving gas" and I figured out why I was having battery problems, the guy before me that the truck put diesel or bigger truck terminal connections and the wire wouldn't fit properly so I changed them and everything is great!
