Which type of steering stabilizer are you looking to install? Is it this style?

^There's the ones I'm getting for mine down the road sometime. It don't say nothing about 4x4 or 2x4 so I'm not sure about that. But that should come with everything to put them on your truck.

This is where I was looking to purchase. http://roughcountry.com/steering_stabilizers_dodge.html

There's one listed for my truck, but it states only works if comes with one from factory.

I have no clue where I would put it, which is why I wondering if there is some custom brackets or such I could purchase.

If your truck did not come with one from the factory, then yes, you would need to fabricate custom brackets.
