Default need help with rot.. first time here

Help!! Hello i have a 2001 dodge ram 2500 4x4 5.9 gas motor. The cups under my front springs have rotted out and im looking for weld in replacements..is this possible? Please help

Couple of things, One is to take it to a welding/fab shop and see what they can do for you, try to get a quote from them before they start work. Next is look for a used front diff Dana 60 is what you are looking for, a good used diff will cost anywhere from $100 to $1000 just depends on your area. It might be cheaper just to change the diff out with a used one over what the welding shop might charge, installing a used diff is a bolt in job not hard at all. Gear ratio must match the rear diff, might also look for a cheap whole beat up truck thats good for parts only.
