1995 Dodge Ram (First Truck)
So i'm getting ready to buy my first truck, my cousin has a 1995 Dodge Ram with a 360 V8 magnum in it. He got a new truck so i'm going to see if I can get the dodge from him. He has had the truck for a long time and he is good with maintenance. I do know that he said the ball joints and tie rods in the front will need to be replaced soon, but they looked pretty cheap online. The muffler is cut off. I planed to put a cheap cherry bomb on it. The tires on it will be alright for the summer but I will need some for the winter. Does the 360 get decent fuel millage (10-12)? When I pick it up I plan on changing the oil, transmission fluid, and possibly the coolant if it is bad. Also put some sea foam in the fuel to try to get any deposits out. Hows this sound?
If properly maintained, and the tires aren't too oversized from stick, she will get anywhere from 8-12 in town typically.
I will move this to the 2nd gen Ram section to get you better answers. For future reference:

Read the end all be all plenum thread to see what you're getting yourself into.
My in town is 7.5, but that includes a lot of stop lights and idling. Highway is around 13 for me and I have 33in tires.
