Default Tune Up

Bought a 2001 Sport 4x4 Ext Cab 55,000 miles about 2 months ago. Looked pretty clean and ran
great. Of course after time and closer inspection you notice things. Looks like the engine
was powered washed and steamed. I was looking to tune it up myself. I'm know mechanic
and was looking to change wires and plugs mainly. Is there anything else that shoud be done
that I couldn't screw up?

Be sure and service the tranny if it hasn't already been done. Check the air filter and replace if needed. Grease/service front and rear axles.

I would do everything even though it doesn't have that many miles on it. I would change the plugs and the wire, rotor.... I would also flush the radiator and definatly do the oil and transmission. If it a 4x4, ( dont remember if you said) I would do the transfer case too. If your crazy like me. you might want to replace the diff oil. That way you can see if theres any damage in there. That should do it.
