Default squeaky front left tire when turning

Alright, well i just noticed this little squeak my truck makes when im turning ether way. i first noticed it backing up, did some experimenting and it makes it weither i turn left or right, forwards or backwards, but it is alot louder whenn going back wards. The faster i go, the louder it gets and the faster it squeaks. Not a constant squeak, but sounds like it goes with the tire everytime it makes a full turn. Im almosty positive its coming from the front drivers side wheel area. New front axle u-joints and upper and lower ball joints on the passenger side. I know my driver ball joints adn my steering sytem(pitnam arm to driver tie rod end) are going bad, but i dont think there shot just yet. Could this be one of them, or something else?best way to describe it is it sounds like a squeaky dish when your washing a plate or something. manly just wanna narrow it down so i know what to fix first!!! Thanks for yalls help.

Remove the front drive shaft and see if the noise goes away.

Alright, im going to take the driveshaft out today and drive around a bit. So if the noise stops does that mean its one of the u-joints or something worse? cause my axle shaft u-joints made a clicking-ish sound, not a squeaky sound?

And i forgot to mention that it does it in 2wheel drive, dont know bout 4wheel(havin a diff prop with that!) So could it still be the front diveshaft, cause i didnt think it moved unless it was locked in?

The front shaft still turns, although of course not under load like when in 4x4. So yes, it can still squeak.

Alright, well i was going to yank out the driveshaft till it started pouring on me, so im gonna have to postpone it. but cant i just lock it into 4wheel drive and try to wiggle it to see if theres any play in it, or do i have to take it out and see what happens. and as for the wheel bearing, i just take off the tire and see if theres any play in the hub right?

Remove the shaft. As far as the front WB's go. Jack her up and check them. They can squeak as can the cardan joint on the front shaft.

well, im positive that my bearings are goin out so im gonna replace them as soon as i get paid friday. gonna wait till i get it replaced and see i the squeak stps before i pull out the driveshaft. but i was shoping around and seen these rotor/hub Assembly and couldnt help wonder if there any good. Never seen one before and the fact there 50bucks from napa and the hub assembly is 100bucks make me wonder about them. not to mention i dont see anywhere to screw the hub to knuckle bolts. any ideas?
