Default putting a 1st gen 318 in 2nd gen truck

Is it possible, where can i get motor mount adapter? any help would be apprecited...

An LA 318 would be much more difficult than it's work, really.
You can make an adapter, but I don't see a reason in putting a technically inferior engine in a 2nd gen.

Well i already have the block, i paid 75 for it, and granny cant afford to get a Junk yard engine, is there anything i can do?

Just the block? Or a complete motor? Keep in mind, the intake and such will NOT bolt to the older style motor. It's possible to put newer heads on the older block, but, it requires a fair bit of work. (read that: expensive)

You would be much further ahead selling the LA motor, and finding something that will actually bolt in, and just work.
