Bad Noise Only On Acceleration??

So I have had an odd noise ever since I had the truck. Here's the symptoms...
Start up- no odd noises.
Take off- no odd noises.
Once driving 25+mph, I start to hear a noise when I am giving it throttle.
Let off throttle- noise goes away
Give it throttle- noise comes back.
Noise is hard to describe and cant really catch it clearly on a camera for ya guys, but it sounds like bearings or a chain or something, chattering kinda. If you had removed a ball from a bearing so there was room for the rest of the ***** to spin and slap each other is kinda what it sounds like. Or like what a loose cam chain on a dirt bike sounds like if anyone has heard that before.
I have replaced the timing chain last year with comp cam double roller-noise was present before and after so I can rule that out. I've replaced both u joints on rear ds and no fix there. I assume its not wheel bearings otherwise it would be present coasting at 70mph also not just when throttle is given. I changed t case fluid and seen the chain and was wondering if the symptom fits a noisey tcase chain?? Any other thoughts??
