i am only getting about 9 mpg and it 90% highway
i'm wondering what can cause millage this bad and what i can do to improve it.
the motor is completely stock
shop said the plenum was fine. i have only had it for 6 months and have not done a tune up. i dont think it has the power it should either

I'm thinking you've got all the classic trouble areas that need to be covered: plenum replace, timing set replace, distributor cap and rotor, plug wires, plugs, cat, front 02 sensor. Then seafoam.
Do all that, then b1tch and complain since you likely have another problem.
