Did you use a 2-into-1 cat and y-pipe as opposed to the 2-into-1 y-pipe?

Got it! Found the old o2 sensor in my tools cabinet (not sure why it was there!). I ended up splicing old wire using fine electrical solder. Then I put electrical tape along each joint. Threw it in and connected it up and so far so good! Guess now just need to wait and see if my CEL comes back again. Thank you guys for all your help, this has been a night mare getting this to work lol

CEL has indeed comeback. p0132 is the code. Believe its for misbehaving heater circuits. I have found the relays ib my fusebox were gone tho, new ones should clear the code right?

Well, if relays that are supposed to be there are missing they might solve it. Just make sure there is actually supporting wiring underneath the PDC unit there for them.

Looking at the wiring diagrams, the relays don't do anything. (maybe on cali emissions trucks?) Power for the heater circuit comes from the ASD relay, thru fuse K in the PDC....

Theyre labelled inside my fusebox, but they arent present. How do i get in to actually check for wiring?
