Default Does a 1995 have a wiper CTM?

Our local cummins guru mechanic- Brian Vannest in Ravenswood WV says no, on that year the delay is in the motor itself; all the threads here talk about the CTM on the 2nd gen, but they all seem to be changing them on 01's. My wiper delay does work- when it rains. Rest of the time it's pretty sketchy- 3 times in rapid succession, then nothing then continuous then 3 times and so forth. I work the hell out of that truck and I need to do right by it. If I do replace the motor is a reman Cardone or Caradon or whatever it is the one to go with? Thanks a lot.

On the 95, its in the cover on the wiper motor. Not sure if you can get just the cover, or, if you need to get the whole motor.

I think the CTM came about in 98 or 00.... not sure which.
