that's the rumor I'm hearing too. Problem is, I also have an 07 audi a4 with a turbo (pretty quick car) that I'll drive before my truck for MPG reasons and during the week I drive my company rig. So now with summer all I'm going to drive my truck for is towing the boat to the lake which will skew the ethanol free results. Plus I FEEL like I gained a bit of power with ethanol free gas so I've always got my foot in it. I think I'm still working out what little ethanol was still in the tank...this might be a long experiment haha

Here is the thing...2 years ago my dad and I went up to Kansas to pick up some stuff, along the way in Okkie there is lots of Ethanol free gas. We filled up using that. Bam! Almost 3 mpg improvement up to 19.5.

It works, man.

sweet that's awesome! I'm not doubting you one bit, I just won't be able to see improvements with mine anytime soon. Ethanol free sounds like the best option yet! It's not that much more $ at the pump either, I can live with the price hike if it helps my mileage

I've been hearing that a lot, about the ethanol free gas. Problem is, I live in BFE and its about 20 miles to the one, out of a handful of gas stations that has ethanol free gas. Hey, every little bit of information helps.

There aren't any in my county anymore.
I would have to drive 50 mi to get pure gas.
