My Lift Question

My Lift Question
Quick question guys... I plan on getting a Rough Country 5" suspension lift for the Dodge around late winter. It's a pretty good price at around $760 and plus I know a guy that works in a shop that'll install it for $500 if I help him.
I really wanna go to 35s but don't want to right now because I won't have money to gear to 4.10s right then.
So would my 33x12.50s look bad with that big of a lift? And is there anything else I should get with that big of a lift like dual stabilizers or anything?

I would skip rough country. They give you 4" blocks for the rear and 4" lift coils for the front... Not 5 inches. I'd look into top gun customz 5" lift with coil springs instead of spacers.
So your gonna pay a guy $100 an hour AND he's making you help him!? That's a great deal, not.
And ya, go 4:56 or even 4.88 if you don't run on the highway often.

seriouesly man, do what your budget can afford. lots of people say not to stack blocks, but if it wasnt doable then they wouldnt make it. i have done it both ways stacking and not stacking. as long as u re-torque the u-bolts like ur supposed to make sure nothing shifts then you wont have a prob. i have rock climbed with stacked block before nothing wrong at all. and i was flexin like a ****. if you really wanna put some added assurance on there you can always just weld the 2 blocks together. i also ran 3" coils with a leveling kit for the front. no probs there ever either man. i have used every company out there for different parts and only thing rough country makes that i dont like is the dual steering stabilizers.
And also yes 33s will look fine with a 5" maybe a little small, but not horrible, since they are 12.50 wide.

Thanks for all the input guys! If I did go this route I probably would weld the blocks.
And actually $500 is good for around here because trick tricks was going to charge me around $700 to do it.
On that topgunz lift, how much more expensive is it though? I'm kinda on a mild budget but if its only alittle more, I'll take a look at it.
And I don't think I'd gear past 4.56s cause I drive highway a lot. This is my only daily driver to and fro from work.

It's a 5" front coil and a 4" block to level the rear with the front...trust me I have the kit on my rig. I have been very happy with my 5" RC, would definately reccommend to someone on a budget. Oh, and don't listen to the worrywarts; stacking blocks is fine.

Alright thanks oxymoron. So I guess I wouldn't need my 2.5" hbs spacers anymore then?
And yeah I would probably get 4.10s with 35s if I do go with that big of tire down the road because I drive highway alot.
Just curious but is topgunz suspension lift cheaper or more expensive? I found one for $695 but it looks like they have your coil spacers unlike the RC kit.

I have ran the 3.92 and the 4.56 with 35's 90% hwy driving @ 55mph. I have a lower hwy speed than you and I live in the mountains the 4.56 work better for me, if I was to be out on the flat lands type of hwy seeing 65mph + speeds I would go back to the 3.92 or 4.10.
On the stacking block thing I have ran stacked blocks and not had an issue but I have seen others that have had all kinds of problems.
