I have 3 little girls and a wedding coming up in 4 months so I'm sticking my 2wd for awhile and she hasn't let me down! I don't plan on taking her off road. It's more for the look then anything!!!

Honestly if its more for looks and mild offroading than I would go with a 3inch body lift and save some time and money.

Here's some more links to look at for lift in the front. Do like dodge_dude94 said and get a block from the rear of a Ram 4x4 for rear lift:

Spindle lift

Coils
Amazon.com: Fabtech (FTS3000-3) 3" Lift Coil Spring for Dodge RAM Extended Cab Truck 2WD: Automotive Amazon.com: Fabtech (FTS3000-3) 3" Lift Coil Spring for Dodge RAM Extended Cab Truck 2WD: Automotive
(They make em without extended cab)

Lift kit itself

Level kit front

Or you can just get a lift kit for like $400 and have everything come with it here including front/rear lift and all necessary hardware. Itll be alot easier than pieceing together a lift for your 2WD when there's already one made for it: http://app.infopia.com/Shop/Control/...112/rid/127794

Someone can correct me if im wrong, buts is it correct that you will need new control arms after 3inches of lift?
