Default brake bummer

I have an '01 ram 1500 quadcab,5.9, 4wd, automatic. Did a complete brake job and now I have no pedal. Goes right to the floor. Any suggestions?

if the rear shoes are not adjusted up tight, the proportioning valve thingy won't let the fronts clamp. so adjust the rears manually.
