Default Max tire size

Hello all,
I have a few simple questions that I have not been answered or have gotten various different answers on. They are:
-What width are the 17" off-road edition 5 spoke wheels? I've gotten the answers 7, 8, 9. I will post a picture.
-Will a 315/70/17 fit on a 2001 Dodge Laramie with the stock 3" lift?

9 in I believe
Yes, yes they will. But you might get some rub on the front fenders.
